WILLS, TRUSTS AND ESTATES

At Willoughby Law Group, we address our clients’ individual estate planning needs, no matter the size of the estate.  Each client is important.  Many of our clients need a sophisticated estate plans that address estate taxation issues.  However, many younger couples that we advise only need a secure plan to provide for the care and financial well being of their minor children.  Retired individuals generally have entirely different objectives.  We address all of these varying needs and others through our individualized estate plans.  In addition, we also represent clients in testate and intestate administration.
