Patrick’s legal practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate transactions and finance. Patrick has provided counsel to the full continuum of real estate investors, from individual developers to publicly-traded clients. Work experiences includes pre-leased and speculative retail center developments; purchase and sale transactions among all property types (single and multi-family residential, retail, office and hotel/casino/specialty); real property litigation and eminent domain; zoning and land-use; and the negotiation, documentation and work-out of complex financing facilities.

Patrick is an authorized issuing agent for Mississippi Valley Title/Old Republic and First American Title Insurance Company.

Patrick also works with small/emerging growth businesses on issues of entity selection/formation; intellectual property; private placements/securities; and labor and employment.
